What is an AdvantaJet®?

A needle-free jet injector for delivery of insulin to persons with diabetes (in which insulin is delivered by non invasive means - a mist injected through the skin without a needle. This produces a result in which insulin is absorbed faster and often less insulin is required.) The AdvantaJet® provides accurate dosage, which is especially important for children.

An AdvantaJet® purchase includes a program of lifetime product support in which the diabetic has use of this device for life and has a continual commitment for replacement and repair at the lowest total cost of any delivery system.

Vial Adapters are priced at $24.95 per box of 4. A vial adapter usually lasts one month [for the average user]. 

What is the warranty period? 

AdvantaJets® are fully warranted for two years from the date of purchase and after that period you can utilize our Lifetime Benefit Program in which you can replace your injector at any time for $200. 

What is the Lifetime Benefit Program and why is it important to me?

How do the costs of the AdvantaJet® compare with the costs of needles & syringes?

Needles & Syringes can cost up to $250 per year for a diabetic person taking three injections per day. The AdvantaJet costs less than $100 per year. In addition, there are no needle disposal problems. It just makes economic and environmental sense.

How do I go about obtaining a prescription?

We will provide any additional information to your doctor and request that your doctor then fax us the prescription [to the above fax numbers] We will send the injector the next business day by the appropriate carrier. Prescription information is available in the Medical Professionals Briefing.
